Traditional Prayers
Throughout their time at St Austin's the children are taught a variety of different traditional prayers and about different ways we can pray.
In Autumn 1 of Year 5 the children will be learning about 'The Examen'.
In Summer 1 the children will be saying the prayer 'Regina Caeli' which is a traditional prayer which celebrates Jesus' Resurrection at Easter.
In Spring 2 the children will be looking at the Diocesan Prayer for Vocations.
In Spring 1 the children will be learning the traditional prayer: The Apostle's Creed.
In Autumn 2 the children in Year 5 will be learning the traditional prayer 'The Benedictus'.
