Spring Vehicle Reading Takes You Places

As part of out Vehicle for learning 'Reading Takes You Places', Year 4 read the Roald Dahl story 'The Twits'.  They then had the opportunity to compose a song based on the story and perform it at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre.  The musicians from Manchester Camerata led this project and allowed them to develop their Cultural Capital and allowed then to learn from expert musicians!  The show was a collaborative one with other local schools and it was enjoyed by the children and their parents.
