April 2023: Today we all had special prayer services for Bishop David McGough.
January 2023: This week we celebrated Mass together in the school Hall. The Mass was an opportunity to pray together and give thanks for Fr Michael on the 50th Anniversary of his ordination. We thank Fr Michael for his guidance support and prayers and we ask the Holy Spirit to continue to guide him in faith.
Christmas Play 2022: A HUGE well done to our “Baarmy Bethlehem” stars in Year 1 and Year 2! The children have put on two fantastic shows over the past two days and really did sing their hearts out, boogie & get us into the Christmas spirit. Miss Vaz & Mrs Jones are so proud of you all!!
November 2022: Year 4 sang brilliantly this morning at the Christmas tree festival at St Mary’s Church. It was a very special occasion as we opened the festival and were the first school to perform in 3 years. After the children had fun admiring all the trees and spotting their own decorations. What a great way to get in the festive spirit! 🎶🎄 Thank you to all the family members of the children who showed their support too!
November 2022: We have had the most prayerful day with Dan & Emily from One Life Music! Their ’Let Creation Sing’ retreat gave us lots of time to reflect on and sing praise about the beauty of creation. We have had a wonderful time!
Year 3 children joined a Livestream prayer Service with Archbishop Bernard. They learnt about St Bernadette, the Year 3 Class Saint and how her relics were in the Archdiocese of Birmingham. During the prayer service the Archbishop led us in saying the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary.

On Wednesday 16th December, we had a whole school retreat day with the afternoon being led by Dan and Emily from Onelife Music.
During this retreat day, we were Celebrating that in God's eyes we are all unique and valuable. The 'Unique and Valuable' retreat was designed to give us a special time to be with God. It was wonderful for the whole school to be on retreat together.
