Summer Term- Week 11 (6.7.20):
We will be doing TWO LIVE LESSONS each day.
ENGLISH- 9:30-10:30am
BREAK- 10:30-10:50am
MATHS- 11-12
I will post the link to join the lesson on 'google classroom' 10 minutes before it starts.
Please remember to turn off your microphone and camera before you join the meeting!
If you miss the live lesson, please still try and complete the work for that day.
I will continue to post flip charts / power points / videos / worksheets on the website for you!

Reading:
Read theory: try to complete 1 or 2 of the comprehension activities each day.
I AM AWARE THAT AS YOU COMPLETE THESE ACTIVITIES THEY START TO GET HARDER AND SOMETIMES THE VOCABULARY IS BECOMING VERY ADVANCED / TRICKY.
If this is the case, and they are now too hard then please don't worry too much about completing the activities.
You could access Oxford Owl instead and do 15mins reading OR read one of your own books at home!
Remember it is extremely important to read a little bit every day!

PE:
Joe Wicks will be continuing his PE workouts on Monday & Wednesday at 9am!
On the other days, why not try some cosmic yoga? There are lots you can try! My favourite is the Harry Potter one!
Afternoon Activities:
RE:
In RE we are going to be thinking about the importance of prayer. You will read a story about Jesus praying and then complete your own short prayer activity.
ART:
This week I would like you to create a picture for your new teacher, Miss Vella!
This could be a piece of artwork about you (showing her some of your friends / favourite things to do etc), you might like to do her a self-portrait or a different type of picture.
I will send her all the pictures you create & she has told me she can't wait to see them so she can get to know you all! 
GEOGRAPHY:
This week you are going to learn all about tornadoes! There are some videos to watch on the PowerPoint
You can even have a go at creating your own tornado! (you will need two plastic bottles and some tape)
MUSIC:
This weeks Oak Academy lesson is all about singing with awareness of dynamics, style and emotions! I enjoyed doing this lesson so I hope you do too!
