Today there will be no live lessons as I will be in school all day.  Please see below a list of tasks to be completed. You can do them in any order you wish. If you get stuck you can email Mrs Charman on dcharman@st-austins.staffs.sch.uk.  We will both be back on line on Thursday!

 

Tasks to be completed:

1 x session of Reading Theory

English - SPAG.com - Please complete SATs grammar paper - there will be elements of this that are new to you as a Year 6 SATs paper covers content from Years 3-6. The score is not important it is to help me to plan what you need next. This task will take around 45 minutes.

Maths - Today you are going to be the teacher! There are two documents below one is the questions the other is the answers. You need to choose a 1, 2 or 3 stars challenge (not all of them) then re-do the calculation to work out where the child has gone wrong.  As a challenge you can give them some advice for next time e.g. use a tables chain, don't forget to use a zero place holder when mulitplying by 10. Please mark using the answer sheet.
