Mrs Cleary's message

English Wednesday 20th May

Please re-read the poem by Kit Wright to familiarise yourself with the layout.  In total I would like three verses, each beginning with 'I will put in my box' followed by three things.

The fourth verse is what your box is fashioned from and the fifth and final verse is what you'd do in your box.

Try to complete this today but it doesn't matter at all if you don't get chance to.

If you have already finished, I have attached a few poems for you to read and think about and one comprehension for The Owl and the Pussycat.  The sheet with one star is the easiest, and the sheet with three stars is the hardest.  Don't do them all.  Choose the one that is best suited to your child's reading abililty.

Sorry for all the attachments today!
