Welcome to Autumn Term and the start of your St Austin's journey. Throughout the year we will have looks to look forward to. I hope you are ready to work hard, have fun and for lots of exciting learning experiences.

As always if you wish to discuss any aspect of the EYFS curriculum or any issues regarding your child please contact the school office to arrange an appointment either by phone or email:

Routines:

-Doors open at 8.40am for a prompt start at 8.45am. Year Reception finish at 3.20pm.

-Reading books and reading diaries must be in school every day

-PE will be on Monday and Thursday (please come in your PE kit on these days- earrings must be taken out)

Reading For Pleasure:

Throughout the year, the children will get the opportunity to listen to a range of stories during our 'reading for pleasure' sessions.
