Well done to Year 2 on all their fantastic learning during our "Oh the places you'll go" vehicle! It was great learning about explorers from the past and present and about polar regions. I hope you are all ready for lots more exciting learning during Summer term.

Routines:
-Reading books and reading diaries must be in school every day (reading books are needed daily in Phonics lessons)
-PE will be on Wednesday and Thursday (please come in your PE kit on these days- earrings must be taken out)

Reading For Pleasure:
Throughout the year, the children will get the opportunity to listen to a range of stories during our 'reading for pleasure' sessions.
In Year 2 we are currently reading:
"The Disgusting Sandwich"
and
"The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig"
Our vehicle this term is:
Helping Hands!
The outcome of our vehicle is to complete a variety of challenges to help the local community / environment.
