Welcome to Year 6's Class Page Summer 2023

A very warm welcome back to the Summer term and the last term for the children at St Austin's. It is both a time to look forward and a time to look back. In this term the children will start to prepare for the next stage in their journey whilst thinking of all they have achieved. 

The children have worked really hard in preparation for their SAT's and we are all really proud of them.

Class Reminders

• Doors open at 8.40 am for a prompt start at 8.45am.  Year 6 finish at 3.20 pm.
• PE will be on Tuesday and Thursday for the class and children should wear their PE kit to school on these days.
• Pupils who are travelling independently may bring a phone. All phones will be turned off and stored in the class phone box in the school office until the end of the day.

Goodbye my friend!

This term the children's vehicle will be focused on thinking about their next step and their memories and experiences from their primary school years. They will work towards a production at the end of term where they will share these memories with you. Along the way they will have a chance to see how far they have come and how they have grown and changed into the children they are now
